How to return library books to our closed library

Since the Copperopolis Branch library will be closed until March, opening in its new location in Lake Tulloch Plaza, many of you may not know what to do with you books and dvds that you have checked out.

According to Maurie Hoekstra, county head librarian, "Items can be returned 24/7 to the book drop in front of the library.  When books are checked in from the book drop they are noted as returned the last open date for the library. We also set the month of February as closed days for Copper in our circulation system so that no items should be due and accruing fines during this period."
