WHEREAS,

the Teacher; and

May 12, 2004, has been designated throughout the State as California Day of

WHEREAS

directing our country’s most vital resource; and

, teachers and other certificated personnel bear for society the responsibility for

WHEREAS

by our teachers.

, in large part, the future of our great nation rests on the success to be achieved

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED

Education hereby honors all teachers of the Sacramento County Office of Education; and

that the Sacramento County Board of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED

its sincere appreciation and commendation to the certificated personnel of the Sacramento County

Office of Education and proclaims May 12, 2004, as the Day of the Teacher in Sacramento

County.
