The VA Rural Health Mobile Medical Outreach Team will be at:

Friday, June 10th
10:00am – 2:00pm
No appointment necessary!
A medical and mental health team will be on site.
- The Rural Health Team will provide examinations and consultations, referrals, prescriptions and vaccines.
· If you are uncertain about your eligibility for medical or psychological services, members of our team can provide you with information about and assistance with eligibility and enrolment for VA care. You do not have to terminate your current insurance to receive VA benefits. Eligibility requirements have changed, therefore, if you have been denied in the past, please come speak with us. Benefits are available for Viet Nam and Iraqi/Afghanistan Veterans.
· If you are NOT currently in the VA system, bring a copy of your DD214 for us to attach to the enrollment form. If you do not have your DD214, we will help you obtain one.
· In addition, volunteer Veteran Service Officers will be available to review your benefits and to provide assistance with filing claims.

· Veteran volunteers are available to provide transportation to and from the outreach event. Please call by Tuesday, June 7th if you need a ride. Leave a message with your name, where you would like to be picked up, and the time.
