There are volunteer meetings scheduled for tomorrow - Thursday October 16 at 8:30 am and 5:30 pm
at the Angels Camp Business Association offices at 1211 South Main
Street. Park in the Rasberry parking lot and enter through the back
door. The meetings will be very short and you will have the opportunity
to signup for available positions. If you can't make it to the
volunteer meetings, please email me and let me know what job you would
like to help with.
ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE INFORMATION BOOTH IN FRONT OF THE VISITOR"S CENTER BY 8 AM SATURDAY MORNING :-)
Most
of the openings are in the morning when we are trying to set everything
up and sort out the vendors and entertainment and get them heading in
the right direction!!
We would appreciate any help/time you could give us - we can't be everywhere at once!!

I'm
sure there are things that I have missed, but you get the idea!! We
would love to see you at either one of the Volunteer meetings tomorrow 8:30am or 5:30pm, but we would ESPECIALLY love to see you Saturday morning at 8:00am to lend a hand and make this an event Angels Camp can be very proud of!!!
