Governor Brown to Sign Bill to Boost Renewable Energy, Discuss Budget Crisis in Bay Area Tomorrow

 At the dedication of a new solar panel manufacturing plant tomorrow, Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. will sign legislation that requires one-third of the state’s electricity to come from renewable sources. Later, the Governor will discuss the state’s budget crisis at the Bay Area Council’s 2011 Outlook Conference in San Francisco.
