Missing Angels Camp Resident Gerald Garrett found dead
An Angels Camp man reported missing by his family two weeks ago was found dead in a ravine near New Melones Reservoir Saturday after a fisherman spotted his vehicle over an embankment.
Gerald Garrett, 72, disappeared April 4 when his wife came home and found his SUV gone. Garrett, who was suffering from depression, had not taken a cell phone with him and left no note explaining where he was going.
