The Calaveras Soroptimist Club offers free cholesterol screening every April and May to women who live in Calaveras County as their Take Women to Heart Project. Testing is offered at Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital and their four Family Medical Centers throughout Calaveras County, including the clinic in Copperopolis.
