...LOW SNOW LEVELS LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY NIGHT... .A COLD WEATHER SYSTEM FROM THE GULF OF ALASKA WILL IMPACT THE MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WITH RAIN AND SNOW LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY NIGHT. THE AMOUNT OF PRECIPITATION WITH THIS SYSTEM IS NOT OVERLY SIGNIFICANT. HOWEVER...COLDER AIR WILL LOWER SNOW LEVELS DOWN TO AROUND 1500 TO 2000 FEET. THE MAIN PART OF THE STORM IS EXPECTED TO PASS THROUGH THE REGION ON TUESDAY.
