Citizen’s Oversight Committee
We need your help! Due to a resignation, the MTUESD
Citizen’s Oversight Committee is in need of a
parent/guardian representative from Copperopolis
School. The Committee meets quarterly to provide
oversight of the Proposition 39 “K for Kids Bond that was
passed by the taxpayers in the district in 2004.
Members:
verify that bond funds are spent according to
the approved project list
review annual financial and performance bond
audits
review annual deferred maintenance projects
Membership on the Citizen’s Oversight Committee is a
great way to learn more about the financial structure of
our District and keep up to date on enrollment and
building plans.
Meetings are held at the District Office
beginning at 5:00 p.m. on the following dates: May 4,
2013, Aug. 5, 2013, Nov. 4, 2013 and Feb. 12, 2014.
