Fancy Pans to Host Basic Knife Skills Class

Fancy Pans, Copperopolis' kitchen and gift store, is hosting a basic knife skills class September 1, 2011. Two class times will be offered, 6PM and 8PM.

Learn how to use cutlery correctly, to make cooking fast and fun. Learn how to julienne and dice. Individual attention to insure everyone can learn.

Class cost $20.00 per person per class, refundable the day of the class as store credit towards knife purchases.*
