Four seats were up for election this year on the Copperopolis Fire Protection District Board of Directors.
According to Laura in the Calaveras County Elections office, at 5:00 p.m on August 12, 2011 (the deadline for filing) the four incumbents: Barabara Cheney, Ed Gouzenne, Jerry Andress and John Maness had filed their paperwork. There were no challengers.
