Governor Brown Signs Legislation

Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr. today announced he has signed SB 94, which requires the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to temporarily delay billing Californians who have vehicle registration renewals due on or after July 1, 2011 in order to avoid erroneous billing, double billing or other confusion while a budget deal is being crafted.
