CHP staging in Copper - non injury accident

At approximately 1:00 pm on 9-7-14 a call of a vehicle accident on Hunt Road and Hwy 4 was toned out. Soon thereafter apparently calls came in of a vehicle running on a rim in the vicinity of O'Byrnes Ferry rd and hwy 4.
According Sgt Cocaine, the CHP incident commander on scene at the staging across from the Kwik Serve, the vehicle from the non injury accident on Hunt and 4 and the vehicle operating on a rim were one in the same.
The driver and vehicle were located in one of the circles off of Feather Drive.
