Sheriff Dept press release re: Possible Stabbing in Arnold

On 05/05/14 approximately 1215 hours, deputies responded to report of a possible stabbing in the 2600 block of El Dorado Drive, Arnold, CA

On 05/05/14 at about 1215 hours, the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Department responded to a residence on the 2600 block of El Dorado Drive, in Arnold, for a possible stabbing. Deputies arrived on scene and observed a 63 year old male that sustained injuries from a sharp instrument. The victim has been transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries sustained from an unknown assailant. The Sheriff’s Department does not have an update on the victim’s medical status. The investigation into the stabbing is ongoing. Additional information will be released at a later time. The Sheriff’s Department does not have a description of the suspect.
