ADDITIONAL PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD ACROSS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA TODAY AND WEDNESDAY AS ANOTHER WEATHER SYSTEM AFFECTS THE REGION. SOME HEALTHY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL ONCE AGAIN BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINS AND FAR NORTHERN SACRAMENTO VALLEY...BUT THEY WILL BE A SMALL FRACTION COMPARED TO WHAT FELL OVER THE WEEKEND.
