Request for Comments - Taxpayers Bill of Rights Hearing

Historically, the Franchise Tax Board's Taxpayers' Bill of Rights Hearing has been held during the last Board meeting of the calendar year. That meeting is expected to take place on December 5 this year, and staff expects that the Bill of Rights Hearing will be on the agenda. The public is encouraged to provide either written or oral comments at the hearing on any issues related to the laws or procedures administered by the Department.
In addition, written comments may be submitted in advance for consideration by the Board at the meeting.
