A $5 donation allows you to sample some of the finest chili known to man! Free entry to the first 25 chefs. $150 first prize! Chili tasting from 12-3, or till it's gone. All proceeds to local charities. Free Jamestown Harley-Davidson chili and drinks. Call 209-984-4888 for and entry form.

Chili cook off helps Copper Fire

According to Isabel, event coordinator for Town Square, the annual Town Square Chili cook off event raised $5101 for the Copperopolis Volunteer Fire department. 

According to Volunteer Dept President Don Rollings the monies collected will be spent on new equipment and replacement of outdated equipment and supplies.
