Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Doubles its Professional Team Serving Angels Camp

SAN ANDREAS, CA – Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital (MTSJH) Interim Hospital President Patti Monczewski announced that Dr. Steven Mills, nurse practitioner Carla St. Myers, and Dr. Frederick Osborne have joined the Angels Camp Family Medical Center.
“We are delighted to expand our commitment in Angels Camp,” said Monczewski, adding “Angels Camp was home to the first of our five Family Medical Centers.”
Dr. Steven Mills received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from University of California San Diego, and his medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean, British West Indies. He completed both an Internal Medicine residency at the University of Rochester and a Family Practice residency at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, West Virginia. Dr. Mills joined Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital in August 2011.
