SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. (KCRA) —A
20-year-old man of San Joaquin County was arrested near the Canadian
border on charges of attempting to provide material support to the
foreign terrorist group al-Qaida in Iraq, federal authorities announced
Monday.
