At the 1-22-13 Board of Supervisors meeting the BOS voted 4-0 with Merita Callaway not present for the inclusion of Chapter 20.20 Lake Tulloch Short Term Vacation Rental.
"In the end the decision was made by the board based on the law which
says you can not run a business in residential zoning without a special
permit which is was the board adopted today." Stated Supervisor Spellman.
