Panini’s, a full service restaurant and bar located in the heart of Copperopolis Town Square, will be offering a Mediterranean seasonal menu using the freshest ingredients in seafood, organic produce and choice meats. Brian and Valerie Offi are residents of Copperopolis and also own Villa D’oro Restaurant in Twain Harte.
