NOAA Special Weather Statement

...A WEAK WINTER STORM WILL BRING RAIN TO THE CENTRAL VALLEY AND
SNOW TO THE MOUNTAINS TONIGHT AND THURSDAY...

A FAST MOVING STORM WILL MOVE INTO INTERIOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
TONIGHT AND MOVE OUT OF THE AREA BY THURSDAY NIGHT. THE HEAVIEST
PART OF THE STORM WILL OCCUR AT MIDDAY THURSDAY FOR MOST AREAS. STORM
CONDITIONS WILL BE RELATIVELY MILD AND THE PRIMARY IMPACT OF THE
STORM WILL BE THE RETURN OF WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS TO MOUNTAIN
ROADWAYS. TREE LIMBS THAT WERE DAMAGED DURING EARLIER STORMS COULD
FALL IN THIS STORM EVENT BUT CONDITIONS ARE NOT EXPECTED TO BE
STRONG ENOUGH TO DAMAGE HEALTHY TREES.
