Governor Brown Designates “Day of Remembrance and Prayer for Victims of the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan”

Governor Jerry Brown has designated Sunday, March 20, 2011, as a “Day of Remembrance and Prayer for Victims of the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan.”

In an official proclamation issued today, Governor Brown highlighted the strong connections between California and Japan, encouraging all Californians to keep the people of Japan in their thoughts at this time.
