Valley Realty will be merging with Saddle Creek Sales to consolidate both in one
office.
The
Saddle Creek Sales office is located on the Saddle Creek Resort premises. Bringing
the two together under one roof will enhance the focus on
new and resale homes within the resort.
The
merger will officially take place on July 1, 2014. The Saddle Creek Resort real
estate office is located at 999 Saddle Creek Dr., Copperopolis, Calif. 95228.
