Sonora Regional Medical Center is hosting a free seminar to educate the public about MAKOplasty® partial knee resurfacing, a minimally invasive treatment option for adults living with early to mid-stage osteoarthritis that has not yet progressed to all three compartments of the knee.
Orthopedic surgeons Airell Nygaard, MD, and
John Nelligan, MD, will be presenting information about osteoarthritis of the
knee and MAKOplasty which is less invasive than traditional total knee surgery
and performed using RIO®, a highly advanced, surgeon-controlled robotic arm system.
The seminar will be held Thursday, July 17,
from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Garden Café at the Medical Center. Complimentary
dinner will be served. Seats are limited. Please call 209-536-5021 for more
information and to reserve your seat.
