Tillamook stolen vehicles located in Copperopolis

At approximately 8:30 pm 7-14-14 the Delta Region Auto Theft Task Force, including specialized law enforcement from Manteca PD, Lodi PD, CHP, Stockton PD, San Joaquin Sheriff, DA and Probation,  served a search warrant at B Secured Self Storage at 49 Cosmic Court in Copperopolis based on tips and investigations regarding the whereabouts of the stolen vintage VW Tillamook vehicles.
Upon opening the storage facility at approximately 9:15 pm three vehicles as well as other items belonging to Tillamook were recovered.
Manteca PD Chief Nick Obligacion oversaw the operation.
According to Obligacion they have some suspects they hope to take into custody shortly. If they are not apprehended soon, Manteca PD will release names and photos of the suspects.
