LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATION LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT OVER SIERRA. BEHIND
THIS COLD FRONT STRONG NORTHERLY TO NORTHEASTERLY WINDS WILL BEGIN
LATE TONIGHT PRIOR TO SUNRISE THURSDAY.

STRONG NORTHERLY TO NORTHEASTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THURSDAY WITH
STRONGEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS 40 TO 50 MPH OVER THE
WEST SIDE OF THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY AND ADJACENT COASTAL RANGE
FOOTHILLS...AS WELL AS THE WEST SLOPES OF THE SIERRA NEVADA. WINDS
