"I always knew my path." Said Paul touching briefly on his past. He knew he wanted to attend college to be a Biologist, which folded into running a fish hatchery, which gave him a desire to learn more of how business worked. Accomplishing those goals he ventured down a path fraught with danger and studded with armor piercing thorns, the path of politics. He became a student of politics, studying the ins and outs with one goal in mind, how he could make a positive impact for his community, soon becoming a Supervisor on the County Board of Directors.
While he ventured down path after path, he kept his eye on the prize, that prize being the love of the written word. Throughout his multiple career paths he was a prolific writer, be it editorials, articles, business plans, or edge of your seat espionage thrillers, he wrote because he loved to.
Finally coming full circle, Paul is now at the point in his life with one completed novel, The Fourth Law, under his belt and 150 pages into the next tentatively titled 'Incognito',where he can enjoy his ranch which "feeds his soul" and continue to create.
Alas the county is not quite ready to allow Paul to disappear into his creative world, not just yet. Paul has accepted an appointment as alternate on LAFCO and public member on the COG. Who knows...these opportunities may prove to be beneficial in the area of character creation for yet another new book.
