Yesterday, the House passed legislation that would repeal the health care law by a bipartisan vote of 245-189. The repeal’s future in the Senate in uncertain but we know if it reaches the President, he will veto it. Therefore, the House will take the next steps necessary to deconstruct the most harmful parts of the law while we also replace the law with more effective, less burdensome reforms.
