Jacob was a cadet with Copper Fire when he was young man. Many at the Dept remember Jake and his antics as a teenager, his good heart and his desire to be part of a group.
Volunteer Engineer Brian Nolan remembers how Chief Dennis Powers took Jacob "under his wing, and never gave up on him. Always making time for him" and helping him as he grew into a man.
