* AFFECTED AREA...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 216 CENTRAL SACRAMENTO
  VALLEY IN GLENN... COLUSA... YUBA... NORTHERN SUTTER... AND
  BUTTE COUNTY BELOW 1000 FT...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 220 SOUTHERN
  MOTHERLODE FROM 1000 TO 3000 FT. INCLUDES PORTIONS OF
  CALAVERAS- TUOLUMNE UNIT...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 221 STANISLAUS
  NF WEST OF THE SIERRA CREST...FIRE WEATHER ZONE 264 LAKE
  COUNTY PORTION OF LAKE-NAPA-SONOMA UNIT... FIRE WEATHER ZONE
  267 NORTHERN MOTHERLODE FROM 1000 TO 3000 FT. INCLUDES
  PORTIONS OF NEVADA- YUBA-PLACER-AMADOR AND ELDORADO UNITS AND

* TIMING...THE THREAT OF SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL PERSIST
  THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE GREATEST THREAT WILL BE THIS
  AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* THUNDERSTORMS...GUSTY WINDS AND LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH
  THE PERIOD. THE THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD CONTAIN AT LEAST SOME
  RAINFALL AND WILL BECOME WETTER WITH TIME. STRONGER STORMS MAY
  PRODUCE ABUNDANT LIGHTNING AND SMALL HAIL ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS
  AND HEAVY RAIN.

* OUTFLOW WINDS...LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS OVER 40 MPH ARE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS...LIGHTNING STRIKES MAY CREATE NEW FIRE STARTS.
  LOCALLY GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS MAY
  CAUSE FIRES WHICH DEVELOP TO SPREAD RAPIDLY.
