23 May 2012, at approx. 4:23 am, the Sonora Police Department
responded to a burglary alarm at the AT&T store. When the Officer
arrived, he noticed that the west
glass door had been broken out.
A business representative arrived and determined that approx.
eight (8) Jambox systems had been removed, along with the display case
they were on. It is believed that four large systems and four small
systems were taken.
The store surveillance shows two male subjects break the glass
door with a window punch and then enter the store. They both lift and
remove the display case from the store. The burglary took less than 20
seconds to commit.
The first suspect is described as a white, male, early to mid
20’s, slender build, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with the hood over
his head, a dark baseball cap over the hood of the sweatshirt, black
gloves and blue jeans.
The second suspect is described as a white, male, early to mid
20’s, slender build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt with the hood over
his head, a dark baseball cap with a light colored bill over the hood
of the sweatshirt, black gloves and blue jeans. There is no vehicle description. At the time of this release there were no surveillance photos available.
