3 July 2011, at approx. 3:50 am, an officer from the Sonora Police Department stopped a vehicle on S. Washington Street for failing to dim its headlights. The officer contacted the driver and three passengers.
During a probation search of the vehicle and belongings of Ronny Larison, 65 of Modesto, six syringes loaded with heroin were located, along with powder heroin, methamphetamine, a glass smoking pipe and other drug paraphernalia.
Larison was taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Tuolumne County Jail and booked for;
Felony possession of a controlled substance
Felony possession of a controlled narcotic
Felony possession for sales of a narcotic
Felony transportation of a narcotic/controlled substance
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
