Sheriff Office Looking for James Livezey - for the Murder of Marvin Brown

On 7-4-11 Marvin Brown succumbed to injuries that he sustained from a physical battery that occurred at Sequoia Rose Mobile Home Park on 6-29-11. The case is now being treated as a homicide and still under investigation.

Suspect James Livezey was previously arrested for Battery with serious injury. He is now being sought for Murder. James Livezey bailed out of jail prior to Marvin Brown succumbing to his injuries.
