At the July 5, 2011 Board of Supervisors meeting the Board was informed that technical adjustments were made to the current redistricting maps and a request was made to reintroduce the district maps as amended at the July 12, 2011 Board of Supervisors meeting.
According to the presentation made by technology services the district boundries have not changed yet the access to information from the census was double checked and it was found that corrections needed to be made. "It was more than a typo error it was a change to the district maps" numbers.
Spellman requested a detailed map, due to the fact that what was submitted to the Board was based on numbers
