This is an all day ride that goes past "Big Trees", Bear Valley Ski Resort, over Monitor Pass then over Sonora Pass. Bring warm clothes as it can get cold at the passes. And be carefull on the east side of Rt. 4, it's narrow and can have sand on the curves. Best ridden late May through end of September.
