Copperopolis Library would like to Thank Once Upon A Time and the Copperopolis community for their commitment and generosity. Once Upon A Time on the Square owner Billie Kane stated,” When I left Castle & Cooke Calaveras, Inc. the tough part was not being a part of the Town Square, something that I had worked on and been a part of since its conception. Opening Once Upon A Time on the Square has kept me connected to The Square and my community, Copperopolis. Adding “Previously Read Books” section to the store was an opportunity to re-cycle books and my friends and customers have been very generous with their contributions. I decided and made a commitment to them that O.U.A.T. would contribute a third of the sales to our local library.” Last week Billie Kane presented the first check to Valerie Dean at the library.
