SOUTHWESTERN NEVADA...WESTERN YUBA...SACRAMENTO...NORTHERN STANISLAUS AND YOLO COUNTIES... AT 713 AM PST...RADAR IMAGERY CONTINUES TO INDICATE LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN FALLING ACROSS THE REGION...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE. MINOR OR NUISANCE TYPE FLOODING OF UNDERPASSES...
