SOUTH CENTRAL SHASTA...CENTRAL TEHAMA...SAN JOAQUIN...SOUTHWESTERN TUOLUMNE...EASTERN SOLANO...SUTTER...SOUTHWESTERN PLACER... SOUTHWESTERN NEVADA...WESTERN YUBA...SACRAMENTO...NORTHERN STANISLAUS AND YOLO COUNTIES... AT 713 AM PST...RADAR IMAGERY CONTINUES TO INDICATE LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN FALLING ACROSS THE REGION...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN POSSIBLE. MINOR OR NUISANCE TYPE FLOODING OF UNDERPASSES... ROADWAYS...AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS HAS ALREADY BEEN REPORTED AND WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON. FALLEN LEAVES WILL LIKELY CLOG DRAINS...WHICH MAY ALSO CAUSE MINOR ROAD FLOODING. MEANWHILE....AREA STREAMS AND CREEK ARE STARTING TO RISE...WITH SOME MINOR FLOODING POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT OR SATURDAY MORNING. TWO GAGES HAVE EXCEEDED FLOOD STAGE EARLY THIS MORNING. BOTH GAGES ARE LOCATED ON DEER CREEK...UPSTREAM OF SCOTT ROAD AND NEAR THE SCOTT ROAD IN EASTERN SACRAMENTO COUNTY IN THE VICINITY OF RANCHO MURIETA. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
