On December 13 2010 Gov. Schwarzenegger announced the appointment of Stephen Wooster, 61, of Copperopolis, to the Calaveras County Fair and Jumping Frog Jubilee Board of Directors (39th District Agricultural Association). Since 1988, Wooster has owned and served as manager of Wooster Ranch, a cattle ranching operation. Wooster is a member of California Cattlemen’s Association, Calaveras County Cattlemen’s Association and Calaveras County Junior Livestock Boosters.
