Subject: Vehicle VS. Building Accident

10 September 2013, at approx. 2:36 pm, Officers responded to Bob’s Greenley Pharmacy, located on the 800 block of Delnero Drive, regarding a report of a vehicle into a building.
When Officers arrived, they noticed that a vehicle had struck and broke off an owning support, causing the roof to sag. The vehicle then ran into the north/west side of the building causing major damage to the wall.
The driver, Gertrude Fueg, 92 of Sonora, stated she had stepped on the accelerator when she intended to step on the brake. No one was injured as a result of the accident. Fueg’s 2000 Saturn station-wagon sustained moderate damage and was towed from the scene.
