Any item of interest to the public that is within the
subject matter jurisdiction of the Board and is not posted on the
Consent or Regular agendas may be addressed during the Public Comment
period. California law prohibits the
Board from taking action on any matter which is not posted on the agenda unless
it is determined to be an emergency by the Board of Supervisors. If Public Comment is not completed during the
allotted time period, it will be continued at the conclusion of the Regular
Agenda in order to provide an opportunity for the remainder of comments to be
heard.

PUBLIC
HEARING under Chapter 16.09 of the County Code for an Appeal of the Planning
Commission’s August 8, 2013 denial of project 2008-060, a Tentative Parcel Map
to subdivide a 107.89 acre project site into four parcels ranging in size from
10.04 to 10.99 acres with a 64.95 acre remainder lot. The property is located
within the RA-10-HL Zoning District (Residential Agriculture, 10 acre lot size
minimum, Airport Height Limitation Zone). The County General Plan designates
the eastern half of the project site as Natural Resource Land, Mineral Resource
Area 2B (NRL MRA-2B), and designates the northwest portion of the project site
as Future Single Family Residential (FSFR). The site is located at 5446
Pool Station Road about 6,230 feet (about 1.17 miles) southwest of the County
Airport, 5.5 miles south of the intersection of Pool Station Road and Highway
