Hospice of Amador & Calaveras has been awarded grant money from the Calaveras Community Foundation which will enable us to expand the reach of our Griefbuster
Program in Calaveras County. Griefbusters is a volunteer program aimed at supporting children who have suffered the loss of a loved one. We will be working in your child’s school district (Mark Twain and Copperopolis Elementary) soon and are seeking committed volunteers willing to take our training and volunteer approximately one hour per week as needed. The training will take place April 6th and 7th, from 8am-4pm, at the Calaveras Senior Center in San Andreas.
This is a tremendous opportunity to support children in your community. To become a Griefbuster Volunteer or to learn more about Griefbusters, please call Tammy at
Hospice of Amador & Calaveras, at (209) 223-5500.th and 7th, from 8am-4pm,
