Music in the Parks kicks off its summer concert series in Town Square

With a light breeze and a soft sun, the weather could not have been more perfect in Copperopolis for the first of the season Calaveras Arts Council music in the parks concert featuring Mokelumne Crossing, a folk group with a foothill twist.

The music was eclectic and fun, covering many genres and many generations. Though the sound did not carry to the back, the feel of the music was still in the air.
