At the first summer craft class offered at the Copper Library on June 12, 2013, the children were read a book titled 'How I became a pirate.' Read to them by Lily Jackson.
They then created pirate ships from small flower pots and planted vegetable seeds in the pots.
If your child is interested in craft classes at the local library, they are held each Wednesday during summer from 11-12. Space is limited so please call 785-0920 to make your reservation.
