Elementary is holding registration on Wednesday, April 23, 2014
Parents of children
who will be 5 years old
on or before September
1, 2014 can pick up a registration packet beginning January 27th.
In order to schedule
an evaluation time please return your completed packet (including immunization
records and health forms).
