Sheriff Dept press release re: Update Arnold Stabbing
On 05/19/14
at 1430 hours Detectives arrested Raymond Scott Irby (55 years old) for
the Arnold stabbing of a 63 year old male at his residence. Raymond
Irby was already in Calaveras County custody for possession of a stolen
vehicle and burglary charges at the time of his new charges.
Investigation revealed that Raymond Irby was responsible for the
stabbing. The victim has since has been released from the hospital and
recovering from his injuries.
