WAYS is seeking an Independent
Consultant with an entrepreneurial mindset to assist in our New Reclaim Your
Power Self-Coaching Program. This
program includes 13 self-coaching manuscripts designed to help people focus on
the elements they want to change in their life and are just tolerating. They will learn self-coach themselves, appreciate
their passions, personal perceptions, attitudes, and habits, in order to gain a
clearer focus of life needs that FIT who they are. This was designed to help those who don’t
have access to a coaching budget and can save them ‘hundreds of dollars’ in
paying a life coach.

Requirements for PIF (Pay-It-Forward)
Consultant are:
- Proven business experience working in Sales/Customer Service/Coaching/Consulting.
- Strong education and interest in self-growth and personal development.
- Understands people and human psychology; able to analyze challenging people situations, create marketing strategies and make appropriate decisions to help WW promotions.
- Must be a hard worker; motivated, extraverted, creative and a self-starter.
- Expected to have good people skills, knowledge of coaching, public relations practices, marketing strategies and knowledge of promotions.
- Strongly motivated towards a take-charge attitude, profit oriented, and business strategies.
- Open-minded, positive, and a sense of humor would be nice.
