A COLD WEATHER SYSTEM ORIGINATING FROM THE GULF OF ALASKA WILL MOVE
QUICKLY INTO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA TODAY BRINGING SHOWERS TO MUCH OF
THE REGION BY TONIGHT. ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL BE LIKELY OVER THE
NORTHERN SIERRA NEVADA WITH SEVERAL INCHES EXPECTED OVER THE HIGH
NORTHERN SIERRA NEVADA PASSES.
