CalTrans to close passes - expected winter storms
Caltrans reports that Highway 4 will be blocked off at the Mount Reba turnoff, and Highway 108 at Kennedy Meadows, beginning at 2pm. Yosemite National Park has not made an announcement regarding Highway 120 Tioga Pass.
